Refund and cancellation Policy

EB and Regular Camp Bookings

Up to 30 days before the camp start date – 100% refund will be issued

Up to 2 weeks – 50% refund will be issued

Within 48 hours – no refund will be issued

If camps cancelled due to unforeseen weather events a credit will be applied to you account for a future product.

Bundle bookings

Our bundle policy has the same timeline for refunds as our EB and regular camp bookings.

However, due to the savings of booking multiple camps, the refund amounts vary depending on your bundle.

In the event that you have purchased a bundle and need to cancel one of the camps, please get in touch with Precision, and we will be happy to go through options with you.

If you are unable to attend a booked camp, you have the option to reschedule to a future camp date. This requires 2 weeks notice in order to ensure our camps run smoothly. Please contact Precision to request a change.

For individuals requiring a letter to support their tourist visa application, upon confirming your camp reservation and paying in full, you will promptly receive the necessary documentation for your visa application process. Once this letter has been issued, our refund policy comes into effect, entailing a 50% reimbursement of the amount paid to Precision for the registered camp.
